DELTATHERM^® temperature control units of the series TM-O-180 (up to +180 °C media temperature) and TM-O-300 (up to +300 °C media temperature) are especially designed for the special requirements which guarantee a permanent availability when operating with partly very high temperatures of heat transfer oils.

The atmospherically open appliances of the DELTATHERM^® series TM-O-180 and TM-O-300 have circuits with expansion tanks, whereby oxidative damage by the oxygen is largely avoided.

The specific heating surface load of the electric heaters is designed in such a way that no thermal decomposition of the heat transfer oil can occur during normal flow.

An integrated fill level monitoring system ensures that an alarm is triggered when the fill level is too low, which is shown on the controller display, and the temperature control unit switches off.

DELTATHERM^® temperature control units of the TM-O Series are highly process-safe, maintenance-friendly and very easy to operate.
