Registration of your DELTATHERM® products & systems:

Thank you for choosing a DELTATHERM® product. We are pleased that you want to register your plant. Registration only takes a few minutes.

You will then receive your confirmation e-mail and login details to set up your account.

  • Automatic maintenance reminder: On request, we will remind you regularly of the statutory leak tests / maintenance
  • Warranty extension: We give you 1/2 warranty extension on your new cooling or temperature control unit, heat exchanger system*
  • Service discount: Get a one-time discount of 10% per registered machine on the first spare parts order (after warranty period) **
  • Fast response time: 24 h response time to service requests
  • Fast processing in case of service: Your registration enables us to process your service case faster
*Only valid for new systems at the latest 4 weeks after purchase (only in case of direct purchase via DELTATHERM®, except special agreements) in connection with the next leak test / maintenance
** Applies to registered coolers later than 4 weeks after purchase

For registration, you need the serial number of the cooler, temperature control unit, etc. (see type plate) and a current e-mail address.

The more data you can provide about your plant, the better and faster we can provide you with service.

You can also use the account to update or complete your data at a later date and add further devices.
