Unlike DELTATHERM® recirculating chillers, the air- or water-cooled continuous-flow coolers of the DK Series are designed without tank and pump. In this case, the customer already has a tank or container with pump. As an option, we can also supply the continuous-flow coolers with a pump if this is not available externally.
The continuous-flow coolers are available with different cooling media, e.g. as oil coolers and water coolers.
We have the right oil cooler, continuous-flow cooler or recirculating cooler for your application.
The ready-to-connect DELTATHERM® industrial continuous-flow coolers are already fully equipped in the basic version.
For customer-specific requirements such as special voltages, special frequencies, winter regulation, stepless power adjustment, water filters, etc., we offer a comprehensive package of options that enable us to meet even the most complex requirements of our customers.

Main applications of DELTATHERM® continuous-flow coolers
The high-performance DELTATHERM® compact refrigeration units of the DK Series ensure precise temperature control of tanks in filtration processes, among others, but also in the plastics industry. Continuous-flow coolers are used wherever tanks or containers heat up during operation.
Excess heat from production or process systems is removed from the system by targeted cooling with cold water.
